About Product Overview

This Cantex 3" male adapter gives you a threaded end on one side and a plain end for solvent-welding on the other, making it the standard way to transition from PVC conduit into a threaded fitting, box, or enclosure. It's rated Schedule 40/80, so it holds up in the same demanding runs as your rigid PVC conduit, and it carries UL, CSA, and ETL listings for code-compliant installations. The PVC body takes paint or stain if you need it to match surrounding conduit or trim.
