About Product Overview

The Big Easy Oil-Less Fryer from Char-Broil cooks a whole turkey without a drop of oil, using infrared heat instead of a pot of hot grease. That means no oil to buy, heat, or dispose of, and none of the splatter or burn risk that comes with traditional deep frying. It's built for the cook who wants that fried-turkey flavor and juicy texture for holidays or backyard gatherings, minus the mess and the fire hazard.

Running on propane with a piezo ignition for reliable starts, this fryer puts out 16,000 BTUs and handles up to 16 pounds of bird. The stainless steel body stands up to repeated outdoor use and cleans up easily after the meal is done.
