About Product Overview

This Charlotte Pipe cap seals off a 2" FPT line for good, built to Schedule 40 specs for pressure applications like potable water and irrigation systems. It's rated to handle 280 PSI and temperatures up to 140°F, so it holds up under real working conditions rather than just decorative use. Being lead-free and NSF listed, it's approved for drinking water lines, and IAPMO certification means it meets code requirements inspectors look for.
