About Product Overview

The narrow 4-inch blade on this Corona trenching spade is built for digging clean, tight trenches for irrigation lines, drainage, cable runs, or edging where a standard shovel is too wide. The V-shaped head with an 11-inch blade length lets you cut straight down and pull soil with less disturbance to the surrounding ground, and the coated steel resists rust and helps soil slide off as you work. A long 48-inch wood handle gives you leverage and keeps your back in a more upright position on longer digging jobs, and the blade step gives you a spot to drive it deeper with your foot.
