About Product Overview

The Cuisinart CDF-200P1 is a 4-quart electric deep fryer built for home cooks who want restaurant-style frying without guesswork. An 1800-watt heating element gets oil up to temperature quickly, while the dial temperature control lets you dial in the right heat for everything from french fries to fried chicken.
