It's a 100% silicone sealant, so it moves with the building instead of cracking, and it stands up to moisture and mildew whether it's on an exterior wall or an interior wet area. Not paintable, so pick a project where the aluminum gray finish works as-is. Clean up with mineral spirits while it's still wet.
