About Product Overview

This is DAP's Touch 'N Foam Professional insulating sealant in a 35 lb. cylinder, built for contractors who need serious coverage on a job rather than a hand-held can for small gaps. It's a polyurethane foam that goes on cream and cures permanently flexible, so it won't crack loose the way rigid fillers can when a building shifts or settles with the seasons.

Use it to seal around framing, plumbing and electrical penetrations, sill plates, and other gaps in wood, masonry, drywall, or metal construction. It's fire and high heat resistant and holds up to moisture, making it suited to a wide range of indoor sealing and insulating work where energy efficiency and air sealing matter. Note that it's not paintable and not mildew resistant, so plan your finish work and locations accordingly.

Rated for roughly 323 square feet of coverage per unit, this size is meant for volume use across a project, not a one-off patch job.
