About Product Overview

The DEWALT DCV581H solves the one problem most jobsite vacs have: you need power, but you're not always near an outlet. This 2-gallon wet/dry vac runs on either a 20V MAX battery or its 6-foot cord, so it moves with the work instead of tethering you to a wall. That flexibility makes it a good fit for cleanup on remodels, workshop dust, garage spills, or quick pickups where dragging out a full-size shop vac is overkill.

An 8-amp motor pushes 34 CFM of air volume through a 1-1/4 inch hose, with a HEPA filter to catch fine dust rather than blow it back into the room. Built-in accessory storage keeps the hose adapter and attachments with the unit instead of loose in a truck bed, and at 11.2 pounds it's light enough to carry up a ladder or across a site without a second trip.
