About Product Overview

Roofing crews know the drill: gas cartridges running out mid-job, compressors and hoses tangling up a ladder, or a cord fighting you on the pitch. The DEWALT DCN45RND1 cuts all of that out with a brushless motor running on the 20V MAX platform, so you get consistent drive power fastener after fastener without a compressor in sight.

It's built specifically for coil roofing nails, running 3/4-inch to 1-3/4-inch round head fasteners at a 15-degree angle, with side loading and a 120-nail magazine that keeps you working longer between reloads. Bump actuation firing lets you move fast across a roof deck, laying down shingles or sheathing without breaking rhythm. At 6.7 lbs bare tool weight, it's light enough to handle one-handed on a ladder or a steep pitch, and framing and remodeling crews will find it just as useful off the roof.

This kit comes with battery, charger, and a case, so it's ready to work out of the box. Good fit for general contractors and remodelers who want gas- and cord-free roofing nailing without giving up magazine capacity or fastener range.
