About Product Overview

This DEWALT backer pad is the piece that goes between your grinder and fiber sanding discs, giving the disc a firm, even surface to bite into instead of flexing and burning out early. It's built for 4-1/2 in. fiber discs and threads onto a standard 5/8 in.-11 arbor, so it drops right onto most angle grinders that size accepts.
