An 80-tooth count and HI-ATB grind put this Diablo blade in fine-finish territory, built for crosscuts that need to look as good as they cut. The high tooth density and alternating top bevel geometry shear through hardwoods and softwoods cleanly, leaving minimal fuzz or tear-out on the exit side of the cut.
Where this blade earns its keep is on sheet goods that usually chip: veneered plywood, melamine, and MDF. The TiCo Hi-Density Carbide teeth hold an edge through these abrasive materials longer than standard carbide, and the 15-degree hook angle keeps feed rates controlled for a smoother finish rather than an aggressive rip. At 10 inches with a 5/8-inch arbor, it fits standard table and miter saws, and the 0.098-inch kerf balances a clean cut with reasonable material removal.
