About Product Overview

The triple-chip grind on this Diablo 10" blade is built specifically for non-ferrous metal, not wood. That TCG tooth pattern, paired with a -5 degree hook angle, keeps the blade from grabbing or chattering as it works through aluminum, copper, brass, and similar materials - it shaves through rather than tearing.

Teeth are tipped in TiCo Hi-Density Carbide, a coating that resists the heat buildup and wear that comes from cutting metal, so the edge holds up longer between sharpenings. At 80 teeth and a thin .094 kerf, cuts come out clean with less material wasted as chips. Mounts on any miter or table saw with a 5/8" arbor, rated up to 6000 RPM. Good fit for fabricators, HVAC and metal shops, or anyone doing regular cuts in aluminum extrusions, copper pipe, or fiberglass panel.
