Fiber cement siding wears out ordinary carbide blades fast, which is why Diablo built the HardieBlade line around polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tips instead of standard carbide. This 6-1/2 in. blade carries just 4 teeth in a triple chip grind (TCG), a setup designed for chopping through abrasive cement board without loading up or dulling after a few cuts. The 10-degree hook angle keeps feed rates controlled and cuts smoother, while the thin 0.071 in. kerf reduces the load on your saw's motor. It's built for a 5/8 in. arbor and rated to 10,000 RPM, so it drops into standard 6-1/2 in. circular saws used for siding work. This is a job-specific blade - if you're installing or trimming Hardie board or similar fiber cement products, it'll outlast a general-purpose carbide blade many times over. Sold as a single blade in bulk packaging, made in Italy.

Most manufacturers only honor a warranty when the unit came through an authorized dealer. We're authorized for Diablo. A third-party marketplace seller usually isn't.
Gray-market stock, returns repackaged as new, and outright fakes move through marketplaces constantly. It all looks identical in the photo. It stops looking identical when it fails.
