The Diablo Steel Demon D1260CF swaps standard carbide for cermet-tipped teeth, a harder cutting material built to hold its edge longer when you're chewing through steel all day. This 12-inch blade is set up for dry cutting, no cutting oil needed, which keeps the job site cleaner and the workflow faster.
It's built for the metal a contractor actually runs into: steel studs, angle iron, black iron pipe, unistrut, tubing, EMT conduit, flat bar, and all-thread. The 60-tooth TCG grind handles studs and tubing from 1/8" to 1/2" wall thickness, plates and bars from 1/4" to 1" thick, and rods from 1/2" to 2" in diameter, so it covers most framing and metal fabrication work without a blade change.

Most manufacturers only honor a warranty when the unit came through an authorized dealer. We're authorized for Diablo. A third-party marketplace seller usually isn't.
Gray-market stock, returns repackaged as new, and outright fakes move through marketplaces constantly. It all looks identical in the photo. It stops looking identical when it fails.
