Diablo built the Steel Demon line for one job: cutting metal clean, without the sparks, heat, and warping you get from an abrasive wheel. This 7-1/4 In. blade carries 70 triple chip grind (TCG) teeth made from TiCo Hi-Density Carbide, a combination that holds an edge through steel studs, corrugated sheet, decking, siding, and roofing material without chewing up the tooth line.
The triple chip grind alternates a beveled tooth with a flat one, which shears through metal instead of tearing it, leaving a smoother edge and less burr to clean up afterward. A 5/8 In. arbor and thin 0.071 In. kerf keep the blade compatible with standard 7-1/4 In. saws while reducing the load on your motor. Rated to 5800 RPM, it's built for daily use on metal fabrication and construction sites, not occasional trim jobs.
