Cutting steel stud framing or EMT conduit with an abrasive wheel means sparks, dust, and blades that wear out fast. The Diablo Steel Demon 7-1/4" 56T blade swaps that out for TiCo Hi-Density Carbide teeth ground in a TCG (triple chip grind) pattern, built to shear through ferrous metal cleanly instead of grinding through it.
A 2-degree hook angle keeps the blade from grabbing or walking as it cuts, which matters when you're working through angle iron, flat bar, channel, or all-thread and need a straight, controlled cut. At 0.087 thick with a 0.102 kerf, it fits standard 7-1/4 in. circular saws with a 5/8 in. arbor. Rated to 5,800 RPM, it's suited for metal fabricators, electricians running conduit, and framers cutting steel studs on site.
