This Dico Nyalox flap brush handles deburring, blending, and surface prep on metal without gouging the work like a wire wheel can. The 4" wheel comes mandrel mounted on a 1/4" shank, so it chucks straight into a drill or die grinder and gets to work on edges, welds, and contours that flat abrasives can't reach. The aluminum oxide flaps carry a 120 grit, medium grade for a consistent finish pass after grinding or before painting.
