Low-maintenance care rinse with water to remove metal particles, wipe dry, and store flat to preserve the surface integrity.
How to use
- Place the stone on a stable, non-slip surface. Secure your blade and identify the desired sharpening angle (most kitchen knives sharpen well around 15–20 degrees per side).
- With light to moderate pressure, draw the blade across the stone from heel to tip in smooth, even strokes. Maintain the angle and repeat on the opposite edge as needed.
- Check for a consistent edge along the entire blade. If nicks or heavy dullness persist, repeat the passes until the edge looks and feels sharp.
- After sharpening, rinse the blade and stone, wipe dry, and store in a dry place.
Who is this best for? Home cooks who regularly maintain chef knives, outdoor enthusiasts needing reliable edge restoration for camping blades, and hobbyists or woodworkers who want a fast, effective initial sharpening step. If you’re rebuilding a dull edge or removing deep burrs, this 325 grit diamond stone is your fast track to a solid, serviceable edge. For a final polish, pair it with a finer-grit diamond stone to achieve a razor-smooth finish.
