About Product Overview

DRYLOK Masonry Waterproof Sealer is a clear, water-based coating built to seal out moisture on floors and walls made of brick, concrete, masonry, or stone. It's rated for indoor and outdoor use, so it handles everything from a basement floor to an exterior patio or retaining wall without the color change you get from a tinted product.

The high-gloss clear finish is UV resistant, so it holds up in direct sun without breaking down or yellowing over time. Apply it with a brush, roller, or sprayer, plan on two coats, and give it two hours between coats and a full 24 hours to cure before putting the surface back to work. It's a low-VOC formula, and one 5-gallon container covers 90-100 square feet, so it's sized for real jobs like a garage floor, a basement wall, or a stretch of exterior masonry.
