About Product Overview

The Eaton BRP115DF is a dual-function breaker, combining arc fault and ground fault protection in a single 15-amp, single-pole unit. That matters because modern electrical code increasingly calls for both types of protection in bedrooms, living areas, and other occupied spaces - and this breaker covers both jobs without needing two separate devices in your panel.

It's built for Eaton's Type BR loadcenters, dropping in with a simple plug-in mount and taking up just one space. Rated for 120/240 volts and listed by both UL and CSA, it's suited for indoor residential and light commercial panels where you're upgrading protection or replacing an existing single-pole breaker.

  • Amperage: 15A, Single Pole
  • Circuit Protection: Arc Fault/Ground Fault (dual function)
  • Mounting Type: Plug-In
  • Voltage: 120/240V
  • UL Listed and CSA Listed
  • Indoor use, Type BR series, 1 space

Go ahead. Check.

You're going to open the other tab. Everybody does. We'd rather say so than pretend otherwise — so open it. We'll wait.

When you're over there, check four things before you click buy.

01

Who's actually selling it

The brand name is on the listing. A different company is in the seller field. Those aren't the same thing, and the second one is who you're buying from.

02

Whether the warranty survives

Most manufacturers only honor a warranty when the unit came through an authorized dealer. We're authorized for Eaton. A third-party marketplace seller usually isn't.

03

Where the box came from

Gray-market stock, returns repackaged as new, and outright fakes move through marketplaces constantly. It all looks identical in the photo. It stops looking identical when it fails.

04

Who you call when it breaks

Ours is a phone number with a person behind it who has held this product. M–F, 6 AM – 5 PM Pacific. (866) 469-8556

We're not always the cheapest.

Sometimes you'll find it for less. Sometimes you'll find it for more. On a lot of brands the number is identical everywhere it's sold legitimately — the manufacturer sets a minimum advertised price and every authorized dealer holds it. When a price sits well under that, it's worth asking why before it's worth celebrating.

Every order helps keep your local hardware store on the corner.

Why we built NHG
You might find it for less locally. Independent retailers often offer competitive pricing — some products are even cheaper in-store than online.
Real expert advice — not search results. Independent hardware staff know their inventory and the local conditions you're working in.
Keep the neighborhood working. Every dollar spent at an independent retailer returns roughly 3x more to your local economy than at a national chain.
