About Product Overview

The Ecofan AirMax runs on nothing but the heat coming off your wood stove. Set it on top of the stove and rising temperatures power the blades directly, no batteries, no cord, no outlet needed near the hearth. As the stove heats up, the fan starts circulating warm air out into the room instead of letting it stack up near the ceiling, which means more even heat and less wasted fuel.

Built from aluminum to handle sustained heat, it's rated for stovetop temperatures up to 650°F, so it's meant to stay put on an active wood stove without warping or failing. At under 3 pounds and roughly 10 inches tall, it's easy to place and won't crowd a small stovetop. Made in Canada, this is a straightforward fix for the person tired of one warm room and three cold ones.
