About Product Overview

FastenMaster HeadLOK structural wood screws are built for real load-bearing connections, not general framing. At 8 inches long with a 3/16 in. coarse thread, these screws are made for heavy-duty jobs like fastening multi-ply beams, ledger boards, posts, and other structural wood-to-wood connections where lag bolts or through-bolts would otherwise be the go-to.

The Torx TTap drive with a T30 bit resists cam-out and strips less than a standard Phillips or square drive, which matters when you're driving 250 of these into dense lumber. The button top head sits flush and won't snag, and the coarse thread pulls the screw down fast without needing a pilot hole in most applications. Rated for indoor and outdoor use, they hold up in exposed structural work as well as interior framing. Comes packaged 250 to a bucket, making it a practical buy for contractors and builders working through multiple beams or larger deck and framing projects rather than a one-off repair.
