These TrapEase composite deck screws from FastenMaster are built for fastening composite decking boards without the usual splitting or mushrooming you get with standard screws. The coarse thread and self-tapping tip pull the screw straight into composite material, while the Torx Ttap star drive keeps bits from stripping out mid-job. Finished in Spiced Rum to blend with matching composite deck colors, and zinc-plated carbon steel construction stands up to outdoor exposure.
