This FEIT A19 bulb steps in for a 60-watt incandescent while drawing just 10 watts, putting out 800 lumens of cool white light through a standard E26 medium base. It's a straightforward swap for lamps, ceiling fixtures, and other everyday sockets around the house or office, and it's rated for 11,000 hours so you won't be back up the ladder anytime soon. Keep in mind it's not dimmable, so it's best for fixtures where you want full light or none at all.
