This FEIT T8 ballast bypass bulb wires straight to line voltage, so once you pull the old ballast out, it runs direct with no compatibility guesswork. The FA8 base fits standard 8-foot fixtures, making it a straightforward retrofit for shops, garages, warehouses, and other spaces lit with long fluorescent tubes. At 32 watts it puts out 5000 lumens of cool white 4000K light, replacing a 59-watt equivalent while cutting energy use and maintenance calls thanks to a rated 35,000-hour life.
