This First Alert combo alarm covers two critical risks with one unit, watching for both smoke and carbon monoxide so you're not mounting separate detectors throughout the house. The photoelectric sensor is tuned to pick up smoldering fires, and hard-wired power with battery back-up means it keeps working through a power outage.
