About Product Overview

Flex Paste MAX is a thick, rubberized coating built for jobs that need more than a thin sealant skim coat. It goes on like a heavy-bodied paste, so it stays put on vertical surfaces, gaps, and uneven patches instead of running off before it sets.

Use it to seal and patch roofs, gutters, pipes, tanks, and other trouble spots exposed to weather. No primer is needed before application, and once cured it resists UV rays, so outdoor repairs hold up under sun exposure rather than breaking down over a season.

Full cure takes 48 hours, with recoating possible after 24, and cleanup is handled with mineral spirits. Made in the USA, this 12-pound can covers roughly 20 square feet, giving you enough material for a real repair job rather than a quick spot fix.
