About Product Overview

Flex Seal Liquid Clear is a brushable, pourable rubber sealant that goes on clear so it won't change the look of whatever you're sealing. This 128oz can is the large-format option for bigger jobs - roofs, gutters, tanks, foundations, or any surface that needs a flexible, waterproof barrier without a visible coating on top.

No primer is needed, so you can clean the surface and get straight to application. It cures into a rubberized, UV-resistant membrane that holds up outdoors as well as it does indoors, and it bonds to most common surfaces around the house or shop. Give it time to work - recoating and full cure both run 48 hours - and clean tools with mineral spirits when you're done.
