About Product Overview

This 2.5-gallon can of Flex Seal MAX liquid rubber sealant coating is built for jobs that need real coverage - up to 375 square feet per can - without the extra step of a primer coat. It goes on as a liquid and cures into a flexible, UV-resistant rubber membrane that stands up to sun, rain, and everyday wear whether you're working indoors or out.

Because it's rated for most surfaces, it works across a wide range of sealing and coating projects around the house or property. Plan for a 48-hour window before recoating and the same for full cure, and clean tools and drips with mineral spirits while the material is still wet. Made in the USA, this larger 2.5-gallon size suits bigger projects where the smaller cans just won't stretch far enough.
