About Product Overview

Flex Seal's Flood Protection line brings its rubber coating to outdoor jobs where standing water and moisture are the problem. Packaged in a bright yellow box for a container size of one, it's built to go on without a primer coat, so you can get straight to sealing gaps, low spots, or exposed surfaces around a structure. Once applied, it needs 48 hours before it's ready for a recoat and 48 hours to fully cure, so plan your application around dry weather. The coating is UV resistant, which matters for anything left exposed to sun after installation, and it's rated for use on most surfaces, giving it flexibility across different outdoor repair and flood-prevention projects. This is a fit for homeowners tackling water intrusion issues before storm season or anyone doing preventive maintenance around a foundation, shed, or low-lying area. Made in the USA.
