About Product Overview

This Flotec submersible pump is built to sit down in the well casing itself, pulling water from below rather than pushing from above ground. With 1 HP of power behind it, it can push water up to 300 feet of head, which covers deep wells that a standard shallow-well pump can't handle. The stainless steel housing resists the corrosion that comes with constant submersion, so it holds up in the wet, mineral-heavy environment it's built for.

It's a switchless design, meaning it pairs with a separate control box or pressure switch rather than running on its own - plan for that when you're speccing out the system. There's no tank included, so this is meant to feed into your existing pressure tank setup. The 1-1/4" discharge and 3-wire, 230-volt configuration are standard for well applications, and it's CSA and UL listed. Backed by a 3-year warranty and made in the USA.
