About Product Overview

GAF's Cobra roll ridge vent runs the length of your roof's peak to let hot, moist attic air escape while pulling cooler air in through the soffits, working in tandem with your soffit vents to balance airflow. This is a shingle-over style, meaning it gets covered by cap shingles for a clean, finished ridge line with no visible vent showing once installed. Made from a fiber/polyester material, it comes in a 20-foot roll for covering long ridge runs without a lot of seams or waste. The wide pitch range covers everything from low-slope to steep roofs, so it works on most residential roof types. Roofers and remodelers doing new roofs or re-roofing jobs use it to add proper attic ventilation without altering the roofline. Made in the USA.
