About Product Overview

When the power goes out, the Generac Portable Generator 3600W steps in to keep essential circuits running, whether that's a fridge, a sump pump, or a string of work lights on a job site. It's built around a Generac OHV engine, the same engine brand that powers Generac's larger standby units, so you're getting an engine designed in-house rather than an outsourced motor.

This model carries Generac's PowerRush technology, which helps the generator handle bigger loads and simultaneous appliance start-up without needing to size up to a much larger unit. At 112 lbs, it's manageable enough for one person to move around a garage or truck bed, and the 120V output covers standard household and shop circuits.
