About Product Overview

This Genie garage door opener mounts to the wall next to the door instead of overhead, which frees up ceiling space for storage racks or a lift kit and keeps the drive mechanism out of the way. It's a direct drive unit built for a single garage door, and it comes ready to connect to home WiFi so you can check door status or open and close it from your phone.

A wireless keypad and one included remote give you two ways to get in without digging for keys, and the illuminated wall control panel makes it easy to find and use at night. Battery backup keeps the opener working through a power outage, and the manual release handle lets you operate the door by hand if needed. Built-in safety sensors and integrated lights round out the setup.
