About Product Overview

This tripolymer sealant from Geocel cures crystal clear and stays permanently flexible, so it moves with roofing and siding materials instead of cracking under weather stress. Formulated for outdoor use, it bonds to a wide range of common building substrates, including asphalt shingles, modified bitumen, coated steel, vinyl, and concrete, making it a solid choice for roof and exterior repairs. It's paintable if you want it to blend in, and it resists both moisture and mildew once cured.
