About Product Overview

Geocel's 2300 Construction elastomeric sealant is built for exterior work where movement and moisture are constant problems. The tripolymer formula stays permanently flexible, so it won't crack or pull away as siding, trim, and roofing materials expand and contract through the seasons. It's paintable once cured and resists mildew, making it a solid pick for gaps and joints that take a beating from weather.
