About Product Overview

Granite Ware's 21.5-quart canner comes as a complete 3-piece set: the porcelain enamel canner, a fitted lid, and a jar rack that keeps jars off the direct heat of the pot bottom during processing. It's sized right for batch canning fruits, pickles, relishes, jams, jellies, marmalades, and salsa. The porcelain enamel finish resists the acidity in tomatoes and fruit preserves better than bare metal, so it holds up season after season.
