About Product Overview

This is Grip-Rite's #6 x 1-1/4" Phillips bugle-head drywall screw, sold in a bulk box of 8000 for contractors and crews who go through fasteners fast. The fine thread pulls tight into wood studs, and the bugle head seats flush against drywall paper without tearing it or leaving a raised edge behind - the difference between a clean taping job and a mess of blown-out screw holes.

A sharp point starts fast in framing lumber without pre-drilling, and the phosphate finish gives the steel screw enough corrosion resistance to hold up through a typical build without rusting through the drywall mud.
