About Product Overview

This is a full 25-pound box of Grip-Rite #6 x 1-5/8" drywall screws, packed 5,000 to a carton, made for jobs where you're running a lot of sheets and don't want to stop for more screws. The coarse thread grabs wood framing solidly, and the sharp point starts fast without needing a pilot hole in most cases. Bugle-shaped heads sink cleanly below the drywall surface for a smooth finish that's ready for tape and mud without tearing the paper.
