Grip-Rite's #8 x 1-5/8" cement board screws are built specifically for fastening cement board underlayment, the coarse thread and wafer head designed to sit flush without punching through the board's surface. The Phillips drive gives you solid bit engagement for driving through cement board and into wood or steel framing without stripping out.
