About Product Overview

This 25-pound box of Grip-Rite #8 x 2-1/2" drywall screws holds 2,500 pieces, enough to keep a crew moving through a full room addition or basement finish without a mid-job run to restock. The bugle head seats flush and countersinks cleanly without tearing the paper face, and the coarse thread bites hard into wood framing for a solid hold. A sharp point starts fast in studs and joists, and the Phillips drive works with the bits and screw guns already on your truck.

The phosphate finish gives the steel screws a working level of corrosion resistance and a paintable dark gray surface, so mudded and painted walls show no telltale shine.
