About Product Overview

This is a 20-pound box of Grip-Rite #8 x 3" drywall screws, the kind of bulk case a contractor or serious DIYer goes through fast on framing and hanging jobs. The coarse thread bites into wood studs and framing members, while the sharp point starts easily without a pilot hole in most softwood applications. A bugle head lets the screw countersink cleanly so drywall compound goes on smooth without ridges or bulges showing through.
