Grip-Rite's #9 x 3" construction screws are built for wood-to-wood connections where you need a fastener that won't back out or strip. The star drive gives the bit better grip in the recess, so you get more torque with less cam-out, and a driver bit is included in the box so you're ready to go. Coarse threads pull tight through framing lumber, decking, and general carpentry work, and the yellow zinc finish resists corrosion for indoor use.
