About Product Overview

Grip-Rite's PrimeGuard Plus line puts a ceramic coating over steel, giving these 1-5/8" deck screws the kind of corrosion resistance that outdoor projects demand - decking, fencing, and exterior framing where screws face rain, humidity, and temperature swings year after year. The coarse thread pulls fast and bites hard into wood without stripping, and the star drive keeps your bit locked in so you're not fighting cam-out halfway through a deck board.
