About Product Overview

These GRK structural screws are built for the connections that actually hold a structure together—ledger boards, beams, posts, and heavy timber framing where a standard wood screw won't cut it. At 3/8 in. diameter and 10 in. long, they've got the mass to bite deep into engineered lumber and dimensional framing alike, and the W-Cut thread design is engineered to reduce splitting and cut in cleanly without a pilot hole in most applications.

The Climacoat finish stands up to moisture, so these work as well on an outdoor deck frame or ledger as they do inside a wall assembly. A star drive hex head paired with the included driver bit means fewer stripped heads and a more confident grip when you're driving fasteners into dense or engineered wood. Each box holds 50 screws in a clamshell pack, giving you enough for a real framing or deck-building job without buying in bulk.
