About Product Overview

GRK's R4 is built for framing and heavy structural connections where you need a screw that won't back down under load. The No. 12/14 shank drives through 5-5/8 inches of material, giving you serious reach for multi-ply beams, ledger boards, and thick timber connections. The W-Cut thread design bites fast and self-drills, so you can skip pre-drilling on most jobs and still get a clean, split-free pull.

Climatek coating stands up to the elements, which means this screw works indoors on framing and subfloor and outdoors on decks, pergolas, and other exterior builds without rusting out on you. The Star drive gives a solid connection with the bit, cutting down on cam-out and stripped heads when you're working through tough or dense lumber. This box holds 600 screws, built for contractors and serious DIYers tackling full deck builds or framing jobs where running out mid-project isn't an option.
