About Product Overview

An 8-inch framing screw built for the heavy work: multi-ply beams, post-to-beam connections, ledger boards, and other structural framing jobs where a nail just won't hold. The No. 12 diameter and W-Cut thread give it real pulling power and a self-drilling tip that bites into wood without a pilot hole in most applications, saving time on big builds.

GRK's Climatek finish is rated for indoor and outdoor use, so these hold up in exterior framing, decks, and other exposed-to-weather applications, not just inside walls. The star drive resists cam-out under heavy torque, which matters when you're driving 8-inch screws all day, and the washer head seats flush for a solid, even bearing surface. Comes packaged 50 to a clamshell for easy transport and storage on the truck or jobsite.
