These are hex-head lag screws built for jobs where a regular wood screw won't hold - ledger boards, deck framing, landscape timbers, and any heavy timber-to-timber connection that takes weight or stress. The 3/8" x 6" size gives you real bite into thick lumber, and the hex head lets you drive them with a socket or wrench for the torque that job demands. Stainless steel construction means they hold up outdoors without rusting or staining the wood around them, which matters on decks, fences, and anything exposed to weather. Coarse threads pull tight and grip solid wood well.
