These 5/8" x 8" hex bolts from Hillman are built for jobs where the fastener has to hold up outdoors as much as it has to hold things together. The hot dipped galvanized finish gives the steel a layer of corrosion resistance, so they're a solid choice for decks, fences, gates, and other exterior framing where bolts get rained on, snowed on, and left exposed for years.
