Each screw is epoxy coated tan carbon steel, built to shrug off weather and resist corrosion outdoors. The coarse thread and self-drilling tip bite into wood fast, while the star drive gives you a firmer grip on the bit than a standard Phillips head, so you get fewer stripped screws and less slipping. A driver bit is included in the bucket, so you're ready to go straight out of the box.
